Cucina Paradiso

Donato told us: I don't like red, the awnings are blue, and there's going to be a bar upstairs.

Those were the guidelines we received to create the venue for Cucina Paradiso Devoto.

Our proposal was to generate simple spaces with few elements, but whose interaction would create a fresh atmosphere in daylight and become more sophisticated and suggestive after sunset, leveraging the lighting design and its reflection in the mirrors.

We were guided by Art Deco and the Alpine trains of the early 20th Century. We reinforced the kitchen concept by cladding the walls with Italian-designed relief tiles, which, along with the blue leather upholstery and the bronze light fixtures, generated the perfect dialogue to express our vision.

It was a project hindered and inevitably paralyzed by the 2020 lockdown, and one that we, our team, and the Cucina Paradiso team gave everything to complete, while still complying with the restrictions. Today, it makes us happy to see the line of people waiting for their table to enjoy the excellence that characterizes them.

Infinite thanks to Donato and the entire Cucina team for their consistent kindness, their trust, and for making us feel at home every time we visit them.
