Forêt - Belgrano

Years ago, in the midst of the pandemic, Fer, Agus, and Euge ventured to open their own café and kitchen in Núñez, and as fortune favors the bold, Forêt became a bustling and beloved corner in the neighborhood, known well beyond its limits.

For this new location, which is also a beautiful corner with Andalusian airs, we designed the space by taking the brand concept and adapting it to the neighborhood and its architecture.

Our inspiration was a courtyard: using specific details to evoke a traditional porteño home patio from the first half of the century.

The heart of the space is a counter that runs almost the entire length of the hall, and its centerpiece is a mosaic mural that we designed specifically for this space, crafted by @demurosamurales.

The accents that achieved our goal were the characteristic Forêt lamps, the ceramic side sconces by @ladraceramica. The back wall was clad with calado (pierced) bricks, and the wooden fireplace, which was covered with sheet metal, was brought to light, welcoming those who enter the venue. In the courtyard, we placed an old stone fountain, surrounded by terracotta tables and chairs, and of course, plants!
